Mr. Evans’ CPG industry career has consisted of working in various sales management, senior sales management and executive positions beginning with Procter & Gamble in 1984, Coca Cola Foods in 1989, Nestle Waters North America in 1991 and Water Source One in 2001 to present. He served as an officer on active duty in the United States Marine Corps from 1978 to 1984 achieving the rank of Captain. Mr. Evans earned his B.A. degree in 1978 from the University of Houston and his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from South Texas College of Law in Houston in 1989. Mr. Evans is also a licensed attorney in the State of Texas.

Mr. Mottesheard has worked for over 30 years in the CPG industry, holding various sales and leadership positions with E&J Gallo Winery, Heublein Wine and Spirits, and Nestle Waters. He has been with Water Source One as VP of Sales and Marketing since 2003. He has a B.A. in Advertising from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a M.B.A. from Capella University.

Mr. Nievaard has over 35 years of leadership experience in the beverage industry. He has significant experience in all areas of operations management with industry leaders such as Coca-Cola and Refresco Beverages. His experience includes leading large teams to launch many new and innovative product lines for major national and international customers. Troy has a chemistry degree from Seattle Pacific University, is a 6-sigma green belt and is SQF certified.

Mr. Brazier joined Water Source One in 2012 and has a very diverse industry background including public accounting, healthcare, transportation, and Internet technology as well as beverage distribution. He began his beverage career in Alaska as the controller for Coca-Cola of Alaska/Anchorage Cold Storage, the distributors of Coca-Cola, Dr. Pepper, 7-Up and numerous adult beverage brands. Upon returning to Texas, he built his own Internet company specializing in connectivity and website hosting which he later sold. Mr. Brazier earned his BBA in Accounting from the University of Alaska, Fairbanks and obtained his CPA license from the State of Alaska in 1993.

Mr. Steele has been involved in the beverage industry for over 33 years. He started his career in the industry as a Controller for the Tyler Mountain Water Company, eventually becoming the Vice President of Finance before becoming the General Manager for its largest production operation. Upon completing a plant relocation project, Mr. Steele became the Vice President of Sales for the same organization. This unique perspective of involvement in all areas of the organization has served him well. Mr. Steele joined Water Source One in 2011 and is currently the Director of National Sales. He has a B.S. degree in Accounting from West Virginia State University and an M.B.A. in Finance from Marshall University.
